After signing in and paying the city tax, the reservation clerk told us our room was not at the property.. She had a key, led us out the front door , across the canal to a different street in a seedy neighborhood to a building with a pizza parlor underneath where she pointed our room would be. "Wonderful hotel right next to a Metro station, making it very convenient. Public parking right outside the hotel which is considerably cheaper than parking in the actual hotel (half the price for us considering we parked at 6:00 PM and then it’s free to park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM."
