Rockhouse hillside retreat

"The house is really nice and very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths provided. The location was perfect for us, and we overall enjoyed our stay.The only issue we encountered was the heavy presence of scent plugins (about 6 of them) and scented candles. Since our group has asthma and breathing sensitivities, clearing the strong fragrance out of the house was a major struggle. We would have considered moving elsewhere, but there aren't many places available this close to our family.Overall, we would stay here again—just without the plugins! A good lesson learned for us to ask hosts in advance, though we haven't run into this before. Thank you, Lora!"

"Very close to trail heads to go riding! The neighbors were very helpful even at 12:30am when we were lost! We loved that they had activity for our children to do as in coloring, games & painting! It was a very cute cabin & the 2nd cabin was great for a friend of ours. It was also located near gas stations & two different diners which was nice."
