The pictures did not do the house justice - it was amazing. Vacations by Kimberly were wonderful property mangers - could not ask for a more helpful manger. Cant wait to come back

Beautiful House and Well Prepared Stay
Everything looked great and tv, hot tub, shower, bathtub all functioned easily. They had some essentials for us like shampoo, soap, towels. One thing that would’ve been nice is if they kept any water bottles in the master bed room mini fridge, but that’s extra. The check in process was a little excessive because they required me to FaceTime them & show my ID vs just sending it to them via email or text. So we had to schedule a call and schedule a separate FaceTime which was inconvenient as I had business plans.

This booking came in within 48 hours of the check in time so extra measures needed to be taken to confirm the guests identity. Not ADA accessible but worth it.
Pleasant stay. It was very hot and took the house about 12 hours to cool down. Parking isn’t that great and we were told that the tenant that lives there would never see him or any contact. We seen him multiple times a day and we had children with us. Made it uncomfortable or on ease just sitting outside. Other than that, the inside of the house is beautiful.

Wonderful Property
Great house for 4 guys playing golf and going to horse races in Del Mar. Clean, great beds, good showers, well stocked with essentials. Nice quiet indoor/outdoor living with multiple patios.

Beautiful home - perfect location
2 couples stayed at the Del Mar Dream house during the Kaaboo music festival. The home was probably too big for just 2 couples - but we made do! The views are spectacular. The home is a few short blocks to downtown Del Mar - to the beach - and to the race track where the festival was held.
