"People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was clean and perfect for our stay. Beds were comfy. Absolutely would stay here again!"

"I’ll start with the 1 positive: the motel is close to downtown and the surrounding area is very walkable and newly redeveloped. We walked to a couple meals and really enjoyed them. HOWEVER… this was one of the filthiest, most dilapidated properties we’ve ever allowed ourselves to stay in. From the driveunder to the entryway to the front desk to the elevator to the hallways to the door, we became increasingly depressed that we’d be stuck here for the next 2 nights. The room at first looked ok - like someone had painted 1 accent wall bright orange and called it a day. The photos tell the rest of the story better. The staff was dismissive if not downright rude, like we were just an interruption to their Facebook or video game experience. SAVE YOURSELF - DON’T STAY HERE. Better yet, check with the Health Department first. We wish we had!"

"Easy check in although it would have been nice if there were signs at the entry to the overall property that made it easier to figure out which building was the hotel itself. Parking is on the side of the building with an entry that lets you go up a limited number of stairs and walk down the hall to got the elevator for the second floor check-in. This is a historic property with relatively small rooms but a nice size bathroom and a good size foyer that had the coffee service etc for each"

"Pluses: Staff courteous. Room comfortable. Beds fine. Mixing Faucet not properly attached to the sink. So it was not easy to use. Second night no hot water. We thought we should receive some discount accommodation for the inconvenience of cold showers. But they deferred to Hotels.com for that consideration. If that is not offered through the app we are not likely to use it again."
