« The host was unavailable for communication and while vrbo received and confirmed our stay I don't know what happened on the host's side, but long story short, vrbo made good on the situation the following morning after we couldn't check in or reach the host and ended up staying at a local hotel instead. « This entire stay from the very moment I tried booking it was nothing but awful. I WAS DOUBLE BOOKED. I was charged for two condos And only wanted one. I sent texts, emails, and voice messages. IMMEDIATELY once i found out they double charged me. I heard nothing from this so called host. And only after I mentioned contacting an attorney. After several days of messages and calls.
