"My girlfriend and I travel multiple times a year with our dogs. This hotel was a 10/10. Very clean, staff was great, they offer snacks and stuff for a quick we bought when we first arrived so we didn’t have to leave. There is a gas station right next door which is nice. This area of Tennessee is completely beautiful and we will definitely be coming back "

"Front desk staff member was extremely pleasant. The room appeared clean, but smelled stale and not fresh at all. The linens and towels were worn and cheap and the room, furnishings and entire hotel are getting shabby. It didn't have a business center of any kind, not even a computer/printer in the lobby for guest use, which was a problem when I realized I needed to print a document and had no way to do so. Overall, probably a standard small town worn budget hotel with no frills. I was appreciative of awesome staff and a clean room. "

"Bed was comfortable, room clean and décor up to date. The elevator was out of order - I requested an ADA compliant room, or mobility accessible room....having to lug my gear and suitcase up to the second floor with no elevator wasn't exactly a "plus" - mobility access room in this hotel mean a wider bathroom door and a grab bar in the shower, that's it! No height adjustable shower head, no extra room in the bathroom"
