"Hunter and Olivia are wonderful hosts. Freshly remodeled and simple decor with thoughtful fresh greens in the room to welcome guests. Enjoyed the front porch and yard with palm tree that provided shade and a green space. Friendly island with local artists and craftsmen to share local lore. Highly recommend this guest house! "

"We found what looked like a cockroach running across the floor. Also, we had gone out for a couple of hours and came back to the on duty person coming out of our room. Not likely to stay again."

"My room was not ready when I arrived. The room was not made up or cleaned. Bed had been slept in and unmade, trash in the trash cans, debris and garbage on the floor, bathroom was not cleaned. The manager on duty told me that they had one of their cleaners called in sick or did not show. Staff was very nice, helpful, and apologetic. There is a grocery store / hardware store nearby and across the street with all your needs and a pub just down the road. Parking was ample for our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Back Porch. Island is as my husband described, quiet and easy going, as he goes there twice yearly to fish. Would say the only thing we seemed to have a bit of a challenge with was getting something to watch on TV. Outside of that, all good! "
