"The breakfast was awful, no food to eat, eggs were empty, only 3 biscuits. Had to wait for serve staff to go upstairs to heat up more food. When you ate on a time schedule it is important food is ready when you have time to eat b4 you have to leave hotel . It was approx 715 am should have had food ready"

"Breakfast was not very satisfying. My husband and grandson went out and brought fast food back to the room. I had to ask the receptionist for another towel. There were three of us and only two sets of towels. Everything else was ok."

"The only good thing about this place is the biscuits. When you stay over a day the hotel staff doesn't change your bedding just maybe if lucky your towels. Don't sweep your room at all and if your lock batteries go out in your door it takes over 3 days or more to get it fixed. Management is horrible, I seen better management at a fast food restaurant. They really don't care about their guess just the money. All their cereals are stale. The raisins in the raisin bran was so hard you couldn't even chew them. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to no one. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst as far as staff run."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable along with the pillows, I was a little disappointed the coffee has been removed from the rooms, but the fresh ground coffee in the lobby made up for it. Will definitely stay again."
