"We stayed at 2 beautiful waterfront cabins and enjoyed every minute of it. My sister had a walker and it was easy for her to navigate. Our cabins were clean and nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Our beds were comfortable. They provide a recycle bin. They provide their special Fidalgo Coffee roast and a FULLSIZED coffee maker which we greatly appreciated ;-) Outstanding customer service was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed freshly baked cinnamon rolls in the morning at their coffeeshop. Super welcoming, kind, and helpful staff. We want to come back here this summer to kayak (which the resorts offers as a guest amenity) and to whale watch (just short drive to beautiful Lime Kiln State Park). We definitely recommend Snug Harbor Resort and look forward to our next visit."

"The Fairhaven area is a breath of fresh air with the Inn being a huge part of this. Our room was lovely and included a fireplace and all that you need. The view overlooks the water in the distance. There are buildings in the middle that are not so lovely to look at, but it is what it is. The staff were very friendly and offered assistance graciously. We had a great stay. Thank you! "

"The room was clean, but very sparse and not a comfortable place to relax. There was only a nightstand on one side of the bed. There were only two dining chairs to sit in, no comfortable reading chair or sofa. The hard surface floor added to the cold, emptiness. Be warned that military jets fly by all during the day, but did stop over night. The HVAC unit is also very loud when it comes on. All-in-all, it is not bad for the price, but it is not a relaxing stay."

"the fridge was old and noisy. bathroom fan was a screamer. could not use it. the fireplace did not work. however, the bed was good. shower hot and decent. breakfast OK and the view excellent. it was very clean. and the overall noise was fine."

"Breakfast not worth it. The building is old, so clean for how old it is, I think? Things are just kind of falling apart, the toilet felt like it was going to come off the floor, the towel rack did fall off, but the jetted tub was in great shape and lovely so could have been a newer addition. Signage for the phone at check in is not clear, we are very educated people, but were made to feel very stupid when we didn’t go around the outside to the left 2 corners of the building to see the phone to call for check in. Then our reservation wasn’t found because she didn’t “hear” my last name correctly until I spelled it. Just overall an unwelcoming arrival, but that’s the only contact we had to have so that’s fine. The resident deer are sooo cute and come for apples and goodies and obviously have been there for years. I don’t think we will go back, we live locally but just look for a few days away from home now and then.. but it was just ok."
