« The host Gavin is great and VERY accommodating. With flight delays, we arrived at almost one in the morning, but he was ready to buzz us in the gates complex. The accommodations were great and the pics are very accurate. The location is second to none if you are attending a football game or visiting a student at FSU. We are an easy 5 min walk from Collegetown. The condo had all the necessities and a few extras (coffee and bottled water). We will certainly stay there again. »

« Parking for 3 vehicles off street was a plus. The bedrooms were large with plenty of sleeping areas. It was great having so many bathrooms available for us all to get ready at the same time. Backyard fenced in to provide privacy from the neighbors. Could have been a little cleaner, garbage under bed from previous tenant (water bottle and receipt) and sticky spill (small) that was not cleaned from last tenant. Other than that, great stay!
