"Very clean and quiet. The listing said there was a pool but it was out of order when we arrived. No one updated the listing or we would have chosen a different hotel. We were specifically looking for one with a pool for the kids. Otherwise, the place was great!"

"Children had fun in the hotel. None of the third party websites I saw had the waterpark package available. The hotels website also has a pool listed as an amenity but it is not, you have to pay separate for the waterpark. The cleanliness and state of furniture was poor. Bathroom had chips all over counter, shower wall was stained, bedding was stained, AC made loud horrible sound. The trash bins all around inside and out were overfilled (I imagine because the hotel was packed) You get what you pay for though . The man at the front desk was kind of rude and unable to handle more than one customer but the woman the next day at the desk was nicer, more approachable while handling multiple customers in person and on phone. A random customer set off the elevator alarm and instead of staff turning it on they would just holler at customers that it was still safe to ride. Sorry I don’t want an elevator ride from hell scaring my kids but okay no stair access."

"It was clean, the staff was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure it felt sooo good, however the some of the furniture/ Stands need replaced trim pieces coming off and highvisible ware. The Bathroom was clean how ever the tiles is falling apart, wall paper missing. Rust stains ect. The door handle needs to be turned upwards to get out so awkward..My first thought was OH GOSH I am stuck in the bathroom. So that definitely needs to be fixed or have a little note to to turn handle upward. Other than the disrepair it was good. I have been in worse."

"We reserved a room with a king-size bed but were given a room with two standard beds instead. When you check in, be sure to confirm that your room matches the reservation you paid for. The hotel said the issue was due to Hotels.com not providing the correct reservation details. Also, keep in mind that weekends are extremely busy during the summer, so it's a good idea to book well in advance if you're planning to stay here. Despite the mix-up, I would stay here again. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating."
