"We were recently visiting friends in Illinois. We stayed at this Fairfield Inn for the first time. We’ve traveled a lot this summer, and this was the best hotel we stayed at! Great location - tons of shopping, restaurants and things to do and see close by. The hotel pool was under construction, so we weren’t able to access it, which was fine. Front desk staff were lovely! Very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and spotless. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was clean and the towels were plentiful and big. The complimentary breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices. There was breakfast sandwiches AND scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and breakfast meat (bacon or sausage) served hot everyday. The attendant was so kind and welcoming each morning. He kept everything well stocked. We had a great stay all around. We visit family in Illinois every year, so we will definitely be back. We’ve never stayed at the Fairfield Inn chain, but I absolutely would recommend it. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"I've stated a lot of hotels in the past, but it was surely surely was impressed with yours. The room had a kitchen with real plates and silverware, a microwave, a refrigerator a dishwasher, a bathroom with a walking shower, and then in the morning breakfast was served on real plates with real silverware. It was very clean, very nice. I was certainly impressed. I have never found all of the amenities in one place like you have. I didn't get a chance to go outside and use the outside Terrace area. But everything was wonderful, thank you."
