"This was a great place to stay in Des Moines. We were staying for a night for a concert and it was the perfect little apartment for us. Apartment was clean and super easy for check in. Had everything we could need and I will definitely look to stay here again for future trips to Des Moines!!"

"We were here to help our daughter move. The apartment is in the same complex which was very helpful. There is plenty to do if here for vacation. The two state parks we went to were fairly close and nice. There are many stores, a mall, and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Des Moines is 20-30 minutes."

"Brand new appliances, including a washer & dryer in the basement. The main floor has a living room and kitchen. The stairs lead upstairs to the two bedrooms. Great neighborhood! Lots of easy access to shops. It's a very comfortable area and reminds me of a townhouse."
