Stayed in a self-equipped cottage and enjoyed the proximity to ostrich, elands, notebooks and zebra. Rented mountain bikes (not a great selection for a small woman but found one) and road to the ocean pools. Tough on the washboard roads! Gorgeous coast. Clean and homie, great value for your money.

The guest house is fine with an excellent restaurant. Arniston has little to offer a tourist. If you are placed in the room next to the workroom/ kitchen there will be considerable noise at night and early morning. The patio is shared with others and the pool is very tiny.
