Tastefully mobilized with u. a. a beautiful and practical fitted kitchen, which is very fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob, extractor hood, microwave and large fridge and numerous electrical appliances. Plenty of dishes are available and a dining area for 6 people with a high chair. Cozy living room with seating for 6 ++ with a large leather couch, wicker armchair, modern rocking chair and glass table. Cable flat TV 32 'with Telenet decoder (approx. 200 European channels - 5 of them in German). Books and board games and DVD players (more than 30 DVDs, at least 15 for children), 2 bedrooms, including 1 room with a large French bed 1.6 x 2 m and a second bedroom for 2 to 4 people: with 2 stacking beds (0.8x2m), one classic and a second in a closet, fold-out, so flexible customizable depending on the number of guests. A small baby cot is available free of charge, but please inform me in good time if it is needed. Spacious bright shower with toilet and 2 windows and a second toilet separately. Play, football volley / basket and bocce court and use of the 3 tennis courts free of charge. Ideal for families and children. A pet is welcome. Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and grocery stores can be found within a radius of 500 m and about 5 km away we have an indoor pool (Wenduine or in Bredene). In De Haan you will find restaurants, shops, banks, riding school, golf club, bike rental and coin operated washing machines. The center of De Haan is about 2 km away. Ostend is 10 km away and the romantic, historic city of Bruges is 18 km away. The coastal railway, a 10-minute walk away, stops every 10-15 minutes late into the night all year round and connects all holiday resorts on the Belgian coast from La Panne towards the French coast to Knokke, towards Holland. So you can easily get along without a car. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, if it is too far for you, you can park your car in the Kennedyplein car park free of charge, it is halfway across the street, opposite the bakery and the pharmacy (see map). About the park and the buildings: Park Atlantis was founded in the 80s. It is a large nature park of approx. 8 hectares, which is exceptionally rare near the beach and you therefore feel a bit in the countryside and yet close to the beach and the city. The building of the Residence Dahlia consists of a ground floor and a floor with a total of 28 apartments. Our apartment is on the ground floor and has a large terrace with direct access to the inner garden, which all tenants can use. Various installations of the plant are in a renovation phase. However, this work is carried out outside the season and the holiday season (2018-2020) to avoid disruption to the holiday guests: new parking spaces, play equipment, renovation of the paths and the buildings, etc. are planned or partially already carried out. ## Property amenities ### Beach - Ausstattung perfekt und man musdte , gerade im Küchenbereich , auf nichts verzichten .Die Anlage bietet alles, was man braucht und es war aufgrund der Vorsaison auch ruhig. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es in der Hauptsaison etwas trubeliger ist. Einziges Manko war das Sofa, das unseres Erachtens nach, schon stark durchgesessen war. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war einfach und eben. Die Anlage im grünen hat zum verweilen eingeladen. Auch für Kinder war genug auf dem Gelände, wie ein schöner Spielplatz, einen Bolzplatz und Basketballplatz. Die Inhaberin, ist sehr nett, kommuninativ, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Auch unsere Hündin war willkommen in der wohnung. In der Wohnung waren Spiele für jedes Alter, sodass es einem am Abend oder an Regentagen nicht langweilig wird. In der direkten Umgebung sind verschiedene Essensmöglichkeiten, wie eine Frituur, eine Bäckerei und andere Restaurants. Die Anlage liegt inmitten eines ruhigen Wohngebiets. Nicht weit von der Anlage ist ein Barrierefreier zugang zum Strand mit Strandbar und öffentlicher Toilette. An diesem Zugang gibt es Parkmöglichleiten. Sand bereits vor unserer Ankunft in fast jedem Raum. Dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken etc. Nach unserem Aufenthalt haben wir eine böse Nachricht von der Vermieterin bekommen. Und mussten 50€ drauf zahlen mit der Begründung, dass wir Flecken auf dem Matratzenschoner hinterlassen haben sollen und wir die Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt haben. Sehr sauber, freundliche Menschen Leider keine Bäckerei o.ä. im Ort. Aldi ist in De Haan zu finden. Vorsaison, daher schön ruhig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Schlafräume sind für 4 Personen ausreichend groß. Schön ist, dass wir auch unseren Hund mitbringen konnten. Der Ort ist klein und dort ist wenig los. Das wusstest wir jedoch vorher schon, so dass uns dass nicht gestört hat. Leider hatten wir auch laute Nachbarn über uns, aber das lässt sich vermutlich in einer Ferienanlage nur schwer beeinflussen. Mit vier Personen und Hund war die Wohnung gerade groß genug! Es ist theoretisch Platz für 6, aber das wird was knapp! Die Lage ist ruhig, man ist aber schnell im Zentrum!
