« Very cute house in an amazing location. Convenient location to everything in Grand Junction. It was a perfect and walkable location to see my son who goes to school at Colorado Mesa University. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive. Check in was super easy! We had a wonderful stay here! »

« Although it was off a busy street once inside the property it felt secluded and private. The yard was heavily wooded with a creek running through it. The grounds were well kept and nicely decorated with lots of places to relax and enjoy the outside with additional features of a fireplace and grilling area. "Apres avoir encaissé le prix du séjour, l'hôtel s'est permis de prélever 18$ supplémentaires sur notre compte, sans explication ni justification. Impossible de s'y opposer sans faire opposition sur tous les paiements de la carte Visa. Pour 18$ cela ne vaut pas le coup mais c'est quand même une escroquerie. Au téléphone ils ont prétendu qu'un distributeur de shampooing était abîmé, ce qui est faux, ou pas de notre fait. Enfin le petit déjeuner était insipide et le personnel ne réapprovisionne pas le buffet qui n'est plus accessible à partir de 9h. "

"Hôtel bien situé dans un quartier calme de fruita. Chambre basique, le mobilier est très vétuste et l'ensemble aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.. moquette vieille et usée .la chambre était cependant très propre et le lit confortable. Petit déjeuner très basique également. Hôtel à bas prix, il ne faut pas s'attendre à du luxe. Pour une nuit sur un road trip ça passe quand même."
