Special monthly rates through January! Stay and play in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores! This is a 500 sq ft studio condo overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. It is on the third floor and there is an elevator. It is ocean-front overlooking the pool and ocean with floor to ceiling sliding glass patio doors leading out to your own balcony which has table and chairs. This newly remodeled unit has two queen beds, love seat, recliner and flat screen television. There is a kitchenette with stove, oven and full sized refrigerator. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On the premises there both an outdoor pool with tiki bar and indoor pool, laundry facility, gift shop, and restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch. The property is an older hotel but is very nice location and the room was clean. They furnished plenty of towels and even beach towels. They had a few extras in the room. We arrived late, after 10 pm and our code didn’t work. VRBO’s messaging was not working so I called and left a message with the owner and he called me back with a correct code in less than 2 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The property itself is a little dated, but it’s clean and well-tended. After we left, I recieved a call from the owner letting me know I had left jewelry at the unit. The housekeeper found it and they were mailing it back. Sadly this doesn’t happen often these days.
