You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
The Lidiya Room, right on the famous Daytona Beach.
Located in the heart of Daytona Beach, relax in a fully renovated, ocean front unit. Watch the waves, sit on the balcony and breathe in the ocean air.

Please note, we are not a traditional hotel and are offering are personal property for the use and enjoyment of other guests.
We have recently performed a gut renovation and the unit is brand new.
● 24-hour coin laundry on premises.
● NO TRAILER parking allowed on property.
● Pool and direct beach access are OPEN.
● NO SMOKING/VAPING
● AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF. The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the weather.
● We are a no smoking unit, but we cannot control the other units and/or guests and what they choose to do.
● Ironing board available in unit.
