The main property is in quite a bad state, likely since hurricane Ian. As the listing states, all pools and common areas are closed. That being said, the view was great and getting to the beach was easy from the north side of the building. Beach access is a from a public spot equipped with a station to rinse off. We rented two lounge chairs and an umbrella for 50/day from the beach vendor. Walgreens and Publix are right across the street to grab anything you may have forgotten.
