There is beach access from the road next to building. The building is older but the unit is a Beautiful remodeled ocean front condo. Enjoy beautiful sunrise from balcony. Take an evening walk to the Daytona Beach Pier and the bandshell. Close to Daytona Speedway, Ponce Inlet, Oceanwalk shops and Daytona Water Park. Two doors down from Hard Rock Resort in Daytona Beach. Close enough to stay on the beach and still visit Disney Resorts in Orlando or take a short drive to St Augustine, New Smyrna Beach or Flagler Beach.
