Room was excellent, super comfortable beds, good shower and all other essential amenities. On our many travels, this hotel was up there as one of the best we have stayed. Breakfast was great, different food each day. Thanks to all the breakfast staff who made our stay a great experience, especially Canh and the omelette lady who made one each day for me. Rooms were quiet, aircon was consistent to keep the hot and humid conditions at bay. One slight gripe about the hotel. The top floor pool was great but with only concrete beams overhead and no roof, you were always exposed to the hot sun. There were also no umbrellas. These would have made it more pleasant using the pool area. The hotel is within a short walk to nearby foodstalls and restaurants. Outside the hotel there are free bus stops which can take you North up to Vinpearl Grandworld and south to the airport. The free bus stops are next door to the hotel which makes it so convenient to go to Grand World or the airport. The room is very spacious and modern. A king bed is comfortable. We wish the hotel would provide liquid hand soap rather than the little soap bar (more environmental friendly). The breakfast had many healthy choices. Unfortunately, it’s never open on time.
