Ideal hotel in Dax
Nice and friendly staff from reception to restaurant, cleaning staff, spa and thermes. I had a great week, good food and friendly atmosphere. 5mins walk from main shopping street , few min drive from train station

Clean and well kept room
Clean well kept quiet modern room, if anything a little small but as it was a stopover that wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was good in a well kept restaurant

Great staff, Great location.
The lcoation was superb, right in the middle of Dax and the staff and check in were great, but the hotel was a little tired and basic. Was plenty of parking outside the hotel on the street for free and they also have a small carpark close by. Overall it was a decent hotel and for the price was value for money.

False Advertising - it looks like a wonderful spa hotel on the pictures. I drove by twice before I saw the hotel lobby in a grey building, on a street that looks like a seedy suburb. Room was good (electrical shades and nice bathroom), but no restaurant (everything closes at 9pm around there). Breaksfast system with Covid 19 was long and inefficient...long line before you get seated, but breakfast is ok (felt bad for the staff that had to run around) the pool was only open at 10 am (by then we had left the town) Advice : go to Orthez (much nicer city)

The only reason we picked this hotel was its spa and pool area. When we got to the town, there was a huge festival going on, which at first was cool! Then we found out that because the hotel is in the middle of the city (great location), we can't get to it, all streets are blocked. Receptionists do not speak any English, the only person that does is a busy waiter. Spa as well as pool were closed, and couldn't use it the next day, not sure what the reason was. They told me it doesn't open till 4pm but as we were checking out there were people in the pool, highly disappointed! The room itself was good, with pretty comfortable bed, and it had a Coffee maker in the room!!!! Not many hotels do.

Une rénovation serait peut-être adéquate...
Personnel sympathique et souriant, propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain impeccable mais celle des couloirs et des parties communes de l'hôtel laisse un peu à désirer. Chambre 133 ( supérieure) à éviter absolument, vue sur les machineries des thermes à deux mètres seulement de la fenêtre, bruit et lumière dès 5h du matin. Message déjà passé à l'accueil, vraiment dommage d'avoir eu une chambre de type supérieur comme celle-ci alors que l'hôtel n'était pas plein.

Tous étais parfait la studio familiale est parfait bien climatiser et le déjeuner livrer en chambre. Un gros plus pour la dame de la réception son professionnalisme bien veillante, calme et pédagogue avec un client assez virulent 😂.
