The property was well maintained, clean and quiet. However the approach into the motel was under road construction and was very rough.

Due to a severe storm forecast to hit Dauphin area the second day of our trip we requested a refund even if they wanted to charge a late checkout. This was before noon. We were told they couldn’t refund because we had booked through Expedia. After contacting Expedia we found this not to be true. We are Senior citizens who nether $130 more than Prairie Mountain Inn. Very disappointing 👎

Good day, We apologize for inconvenience happened to you during your stay at Prairie Mountain Inn. As per our record, your checked in was on March 01st and you supposed to check out on March 03rd at 11 am. As per our policy, our guest must checkout at 11 am. We had your checkout request in afternoon on March 02nd which is past due of checkout timing - 11am. According to our policy, we can authorize full refund if we notified 24 hours prior to checkout date if the case of an early checkout. Moreover, the weather forecast was bad for 1 day after your checkout date. Either way, in any reason, we must be notified 24 hours prior checkout date for full or partial refund. Our policy is same for all guest. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope we get one more chance to serve you. Thank you.

I liked the location and the size of the room was good. The room was in good clean condition but the smell of the cleaners were too strong.

next door to Macdonald's , Timmy's and Smittys Restaurant and Wal-Mart across the street MLLC store as well as other stores for shopping convenience plus i can park outside my room i will definitely choose this place again

The single bed rooms are small but clean amd if youre just looking for a place to sleep its perfect and the price is right. Located by restaurants, mall and coffee shop

The room was clean and nice. The staff were very approachable and helpful when checking in. I only stayed overnight but very happy with my stay. I would stay there again on my next visit to Dauphin. Highly recommend

First time in Dauphin
It was clean with easy access to the parking area. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with ample toiletries, towels and washcloths. A coffee maker, microwave oven and small refrigerator were in the room. Check in was quick and easy.

This is a nice place to stay when in Dauphin. Clean, safe, comfortable, close to shopping and restaurants. The front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. I have stayed here many times, and I’ve always enjoyed my stay.

This place isn't the newest or most attractive but is a great place to stay. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. They have done some upgrades, which is great. Problem is they are not finished properly - could be a lot nicer than they look. Overall would definitely stay there again.

The owners were very friendly and were able to keep our group of family members close together. There were great outdoor seating areas (picnic tables, additional chairs and patio areas) that you don't often see. As a family we were able to spend more time together as a group.

Couple that owns the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. Picnic tables and chairs, barbecues and patio areas available for gathering with family or friends. Rooms are updated and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again! Support small business!!!!!!
