"When we arrived we were greeted by Gernot. He was a very kind host. The apartment was bright and beautiful! Very comfortable and clean. The beds were amazing and we slept wonderfully. "We loved the appearance of the hotel; it was so clean and the staff were professional, albeit a bit cold and less welcoming than anticipated.
