"This hotel was good for an overnight layover in Vienna. There is bus service to/from the hotel to the nearby airport, which was handy. The check-in process (including magnetizing door keys) is 100% self-serve. Staff is standing by and is helpful, but doesn’t do the check-in themselves. Our room was comfortable enough for an overnight layover. The only issues were 1) a squeaky bathroom door and 2) no instant coffee (only teas) in the room."

"The hotel was clean and even though it was very close to the busy part of the city, it was on a quiet side street. I really didn't use any of the amenities except having a drink at the bar before I called it a day, but the staff there was very helpful. When I needed to check out they were very efficient, and had called a cab for me the day before, so it was there when I needed it."

"Pleasant place, good price, helped that there’s a tram line just outside of the hotel. Main negative was that there was zero drawer space in the room and little space to stretch out (no comfy sofa) and use for belongings. Since we were there for 6 nights it would’ve been nice to have more spaces to unpack and for food, etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and it is a nice new accommodation in a nice area, with an easy tram ride into the city centre."
