"The camper is very nice. Right on the water with a very nice outdoor space, that we entertained on. It was very well equipped, except for a couple toiletries no big deal. Campground is a permanent site campground and some of the neighbors campers have seen better days, but everyone is nice and the place was very quiet even on a busy holiday weekend. "We loved this place! They had games, fire pit, the tent actually stayed cool in 93 degree weather! This place would be awesome in the Fall! The tent hardly moved during a huge thunderstorm! Only one negative… it’s super close to two major roads in Wears Valley. The noise can be a little rough, but it did calm down at night. Then on Tuesday at 2:50 AM … the trash truck came to empty the dumpster. If you can handle a little road noise then this place is perfect!"

"Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable."
