This luxury community offers resort style living, just a little over a mile away from the beach. As a guest, you will have access to WiFi, fitness room, pool, and spas – one of which has a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with quality linens. The updated kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a fully stocked kitchen. A separate eating area and a comfortable living room, where you can enjoy the fireplace and Smart TV’s. There is also a private patio which features a propane BBQ and a laundry room. The rental comes equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach and pool toys for your enjoyment. This updated condo is ideally located in the upscale area of Monarch Beach, and within walking distance to the Waldorf Astoria Resort , the Monarch Links Golf Course, and the Ritz Carlton Resort. The beach is easily accessible via a walking path that winds along the Monarch Golf Course and under the Pacific Coast Highway (a little over a mile). Salt Creek Beach and Strand Beach are a short five minute drive. These are both great family beaches, perfect for swimming, body surfing, paddle boarding, or just relaxing.
