« parking was easy. communications with staff were good but it would take a while to connect to someone via phone and we didn't receive an automated email with access info that we should have received. very comfortable beds and clean unit. not enough hot water. »

« The room was clean and comfortable. It looks just as described. Staff friendly. I think it was very affordable and close to everything we wanted to see. It is a real gem. My only issue was the beach access- we only seen a private entrance to it but we didn’t ask if we were allowed to use it. I would definitely stay again! »

« This property exceeded our expectations! It is so conveniently located to the heart of Traverse City, but just on the outskirts enough to be quiet and feel a little more private. The finishes and decor are beautiful! The space is fantastic and the five of us were very comfortable. We were able to make ourselves right at home and really enjoyed our stay. « Hôtel comme on espérait. Propre , spacieux, bel espace aquatique . Jacuzzi trop petit par rapport au monde qu’il y a. Plusieurs offres de restaurants. Bémol pour les 3 menus enfants qui sont toujours les mêmes. Navette pour aller à la plage. Transats sur place. Supermarché à proximité. »

« stayed at the park street inn for the Short's anniversary party this year and loved this location to stay. It was a short walk from downtown Bellaire but very quiet and comfortable. The hosts were awesome and very helpful »

« This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who wants to stay near downtown but not directly in downtown as it’s a very easy drive and close to pretty much everything you wanna do in Traverse City. »

« I waited at the check in desk, rang the bell for assistance 4 times, called the hotel with no answer while I was standing in the lobby, and finally yelled for help before sometime came to check me in, and even then they weren't very nice about it. She said " you game to ring the bell" and i said i rang it 4 times! I was in town for the marathon, and they did not offer an early breakfast for runners. I had to stop at a local gas station for a muffin and banana so i had something to eat before my...

« The room was too small especially when sofa bed was extended: there was barely any room to navigate or out our luggages. Toilet paper and Kleenex ran out during our stay. The frying pan was in terrible shape. »
