With 4 huge bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this is the ideal spot for a larger group looking to enjoy all that Dallas has to offer. The front door opens onto the large living area, featuring a gas fireplace. This will be a great place to gather as a group on the cozy couches. This room flows into a dining area located right beside the kitchen, which is tucked away under a charming little archway. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you might need, whether you want to cook your own meals or simply enjoy some takeout from the amazing local restaurants. There are tons of cupboards in the kitchen and lots of room to move around. The main level also features a small powder room for those quick bathroom runs. You’ll have loads of room to spread out and sleep comfortably in the beautifully furnished bedrooms equipped with top-quality linens. The lovely bathrooms are all modern and spa-like, with luxury finishes. One bathroom has a shower/tub combo, one features an amazing soaking tub, and another features a large standing shower. No one will have to fight over the bathrooms in this home! You’ll all be able to get ready for a day out without any hassles. The upper floor also features another large, open living area with a fireplace of its own, offering yet another spot to relax and have some fun as a group. Very roomy and relaxing. Excellent communication! The only drawback was the "twin beds" in two of the bedrooms. For an adult their "twin bed" is not comfortable. It is not a bed so don't expect that. It is more like a chair that folds down, but really needs a mattress or something to make it more comfortable. A child would be fine, but not great for an adult. Great location and very safe. Easy walk around neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. A quick drive to convention center and quiet neighborhood at night. Pet friendly made this even more appealing. I would suggest a blind or curtain for front door or windows to give a little more privacy and maybe thicker blinds upstairs to block out lights. Garage is tight be we parked an Expedition Max inside so it can be done just takes a little navigating. Street parking can be tricky and its a shared driveway so unless you pull into the garage everytime you will need to use street parking. House is large and plenty of room. Many updates have been made and seems like more are being made. Worked great for our needs. Would recommend and stay here again if ever in the area. The biggest issue with this home was that the bathroom for one of the bedrooms was behind the bedroom door of the master bedroom. So the master bedroom had two bathrooms. So my husband and I had no access to it when my brother in law and his wife were in the room. In addition the description said this bathroom had a shower and it did not. We had to sit in the tub and wash up. It was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. And overnight we had to walk down two flights to use the half bath on the main level.
