Welcome to The Swanky One! Built in the 1960s and recently updated with stylish modern accents, this charming and posh apartment boasts modern swagger and a central location just outside Downtown, Deep Ellum, and Lower Greenville. Expect original foundation and layout. Plus, as a special thank-you, we include complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details!

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

Looking forward to welcoming everyone to the Global Cup — the world’s biggest soccer tournament!

Great stay

This was a great place for our family. Nicely renovated apartment in a convenient location to downtown. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Dallas.

Clean and quiet place to stay. Gate code for the parking was not given but codes for walk thru gate and apartment worked fine. Beds were decent. Good area, also.

We had a great stay! The only issue we ran into was there was no bedding for the pullout couch. Other than that it was clean and cozy!

Not bad but very loud

If we didn’t have a white noise machine we would not have been able to sleep. The property must be used for multiple rentals and our neighbors were up late banging on the walls and making noise all night.

We were not able to get into the property because the code provided for the key pad didn’t work. The issue was rectified within 30 to 40 minutes. I think giving clearer instructions on how to operate the key pad would be helpful. Each brand of keyboards has its own unique sequence - ie enter code and hit unlock or hit unlock then enter code, etc. No direction was provided.
