This was by far the worst establishment I have ever booked. Even for last minute reservations,it was over priced but sadly that was the least troublesome of our experience. The entire place smelled of something awful and is clearly infested with roaches. Roaches were seen crawling from the picture frames and even the drains. The bathroom and shower had visible mold. We left after only minutes of our intended 4 nights stay for fear of our health and safety.

When I arrived, no one was working I couldn’t get inside, I was stuck outside for over an hour, and it was pretty cool. When they came the staff say that my room is all ready and it’s very clean. My room was very dirty, the tv didn’t even work and there were no kitchen utensils for me to even boil water. I can go on and on but I don’t want to remember this place so I’m gonna leave this here. First and last time !

Great Staff
Every staff member was excellent-especially Wade. Very helpful, cheerful and eager to help. The hallway flooring could use some repair, but the room was comfortable, and the rate was great.

They had have my room to someone else. And they were booked so I had nowhere to stay. They found me a place to stay but I couldn't check in until 3:00 that next day. So when I went to that hotel they said they could get me in that night however I had to pay $40 more.

No water in the pool, no iron, no ice machine or ice trays, no coffee pot, 1 pillow per bed, no hair dryer, kitchenette with no kitchenware, shower that wouldn't turn off, and room door lock that wouldn't work. You go cheap, you get cheap.

Filthy Rooms. Bad Service.
It is not Extend Stay Americas; it is suburban extended stay. So don't go by the name. Condition of rooms is really bad. One word - filthy. Hygiene, cleanliness is missing. Lots of maintenance issues in the rooms. Staff is difficult to deal with.

Upon check in I was asked to check the room to make sure it was okay. I have never had that happen. When I checked it seemed okay but I was also exhausted and didn’t look very well. Once my husband went in he saw the door latch was broken, there was holes in the wall. A drawer in the kitchen was missing and there was boogers on the walls. The door to the bathroom lock was also broken. I asked if they could fix the latch and was told not until the next day. It was not suitable for a family. I was very disappointed. I’ve asked for a refund from the manager who said she would only refund me one night of my two night stay. I would not recommend this to anyone at all. The pool was also closed.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, not worth it.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Here’s my experience after booking a two night stay via hotels.com Got a call at 8:46pm confirming my arrival time, I had traveled from North Carolina and was still 3-4 hours away but they just wanted to see when I would arrive. I thought that was nice as they told me where to find after hours number to call when I got there to get my key. I arrive and call at 12:53am and a guy says he’d be right down. He checks me in and says I’m the last customer he was waiting on now he could go to sleep. I get to my room (pictured) where I see the bed has one single pillow and no blanket. Just a thin sheet on the bed with the one pillow. The bathroom is very outdated desperately needing repair in the shower. I tried to turn the tv on with the remote and it wouldn’t work, pushed button on tv only to see foreign language french I think. That’s when I realized (pictured) the cable box is missing from the room so couldn’t even use the tv. I’m tired, it’s late and I decide to deal with it for one sleep. Bed was not comfy, one pillow made my shoulder hurt because it was not comfy either. Was really cold all night with only the sheet. About 9am I pack up and go downstairs to ask for a refund for the second night as I did not want to stay there again. Explained about the tv and bedding and was told I should have asked. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and never have I needed to ask for a simple blanket and more pillows it should have already come with.

Not a Hilton, but not even a Motel 6 quality hotel
My trip started off rather odd. I arrived for check-in and the clerk was sitting in the lobby and it smelled of weed. He told me that it was the policy of the hotel that customers be allowed to review their room before accepting. He proceeded to give me a room key and allowed me to go up to the room. I should point out that during the check-in process I was the only white person checking in, none of the others checking in were allowed to view their room before paying. I can only assume that I was allowed to view the room first because I am white. The bed linens and towel (there was only 1 bath towel, no hand towels in either the bathroom or kitchen) were dirty. As I had already accepted the room, I chose not to complain about this issue. Instead, I went and bought my own stuff. There was only 1 pillow which was hardly a pillow at all. The floor was not carpeted and I understand that this means that it gets dirty easily. The next day, after my shower, I noticed that the bottoms of my feet were dirty from walking on the floor barefoot. The second night I was there, I had been out with my sister to see a movie and came back to find my keycard wasn't working. Luckily, someone had failed to lock the main doors. The emergency contact was hard to get a hold of, I called 20 times before I got an answer. My last issue was the lack of handicap accessibility. Not in the room, as I didn't have an accessible room, but in the parking. Few handicappe parking spots and none were ADA.

This property was filthy dirty this is a negative five star hotel. We were given a room that was filthy dirty. Cigarette butts in the toilet upon arrival and we noticed there was fresh blood splatter on a chair and mattress. We were given another room where we pull back the sheets and noticed at the foot of the bed there was blood on the mattress again. We ask for a full refund but have not received it as of now.
