Spacious 3-bed 2-bath Apartment in Resort Style area

We are ASAP looking for someone (or a group) to pass the lease to as my roommates and I moved out before our lease ends (September 28th)

Modern 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment at Vitruvian West Apartments

Located in a corner view of a third floor in building 1 (stairs are next to the apartment, so there is no close-neighbor noise )

It has all the nice and big amenities with Vitruvian Park right across the street
