The host was quick and attentive to providing several items we requested (i.e. bathroom floor towels for stepping out of the shower, additional kitchen towels, additional oven mitts). The feature I appreciated most was the tankless hot water heater with unlimited hot water. Other vacation rentals we have stayed did not have enough hot water to fill the bathtub. My wife enjoys her daily hot bath. Having a garage to park the rental car was also a bonus. There are just two things I want to mention for potential future guests to be aware of; air traffic from Love Field took some getting used to, and there are a notable number of stairs for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs, we didn't have an issue. ##### Kevin L. Could use some more touches for comfort: a way to change fan speed (for us, it was either gale-force winds or off!), kitchen not well-stocked, please put more than two towels in the master bathroom, please stock facial tissues/Kleenex, there are two kinds of paint on the walls (shiny and flat) and it tends to make it look messy, would be great if guests could have a garage door clicker, the housekeeper came unexpectedly and let herself in which was a little frightening. ##### Ann K.
