Guest agrees to fully abide by all terms of The House Rules specified below: \~ To prevent delays in entering the property by others should the arrival of the booking guest be interrupted, the booking guest must send a list of guests authorized to receive the key code in advance. In any situation, hosts will not send the key code allowing entry into the property to anyone who has not been authorized by name in advance by the booking guest. \~ Every adult (18+) that is on the reservation, must provide the host with a copy of their driver license \~Your reservation should specify the total number of adults and the total number of children. \~ Parking will be permitted only in the space assigned to you in the check-in instructions you will receive on the day of your arrival. No large trucks or large commercial vehicles may park in the driveway. \~ No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house. Guests may smoke only outside on the back porch. If police are called by neighbors, our good standing with the city gets negatively impacted. Guest agrees to pay Host a $1000 fine if police are called due to excessive noise, littering or discourteous behavior with the neighbors. \~If we find additional unregistered guests staying or visiting without notifying the host for clearance first before 5 pm on check-in day, it will result in a $20 inconvenience fee per day of reservation plus the fees that should have been acquired for the additional guests and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund, penalty-free, to host, based on violating Airbnb & Host policies. \~Quiet time is 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. If you disturb any neighbors during this quiet time you will be fined up to $800 per host discretion and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund, penalty-free to host based on a violating & Host policies. \~All items provided in the unit are for your enjoyment, but those items must remain in good, clean, working condition. \~Repair costs incurred due to damage to property or furnishings will be fully paid by guest. \~Shut the doors after checking out with all provided items inside. It is very small as is the furniture. It could be a cute place, but they do not take care of it. We didn't feel we could use anything in the kitchen, cooking-wise, and the furniture was dirty, you didn't want to sit on it. We stayed one night out of 5, and decided to pay to go to a hotel. The owner didn't seem to care that the place was not cleaned, said she would check in with her cleaning crew. Very disappointing. ##### Stephanie N. Owner does not list the correct address in the listing and only provides it upon check-in time which doesn't help if you are driving from 5 hours away and aren't glued to your VRBO app.-Property smelled of pot upon arrival-Hardest check-in process I have ever been through on VRBO-Security deposit policy is crazy - I have never seen anything like it and I rent properties regularly.-Property was not very clean - cobwebs and dead bugs on floor and in corners.-Front bathroom tub did not drain well at all and we ended up standing in water up to our ankles when showering-Bathroom water pressure was insane - as in painful - My daughter had red marks on her back from the water - Water came out like a pressure washer-We purchased our own towels because the ones at the property were small and worn. ##### Leah M. There was construction did not know about took us 30 to 45 minutes to find a way into the property.Got inside condo was nice, fully equipped with coffee, comfortable beds & washer. Many details were well taken care of and some pleasant surprises too. We didn't realize Garland was so big and ended up being further away from family than we thought.
