In any situation, hosts will not send the key code allowing entry into the property to anyone who has not been authorized by name in advance by the booking guest. \~ Every adult (18+) that is on the reservation, must provide the host with a copy of their driver license \~Your reservation should specify the total number of adults and the total number of children. \~ Parking will be permitted only in the space assigned to you in the check-in instructions you will receive on the day of your arrival. If you disturb any neighbors during this quiet time you will be fined up to $800 per host discretion and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund, penalty-free to host based on a violating & Host policies. \~All items provided in the unit are for your enjoyment, but those items must remain in good, clean, working condition. \~Repair costs incurred due to damage to property or furnishings will be fully paid by guest. \~Shut the doors after checking out with all provided items inside. It is very small as is the furniture. It could be a cute place, but they do not take care of it. We didn't feel we could use anything in the kitchen, cooking-wise, and the furniture was dirty, you didn't want to sit on it. We stayed one night out of 5, and decided to pay to go to a hotel.
