Perfectly located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from Downtown and Uptown in Dallas. This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests, making it ideal for family getaways, group trips, or corporate retreats. This home has heated pool and spa (pool heating is optional for additional fee), grill, mini golf, darts, billiard table, and a custom mural for pictures! It also has a sunroom, a fully stocked coffee bar, big screen smart TVs, WiFi and premium beddings for relaxation.

The open-concept interior includes a spacious dining and breakfast area, a cozy sunroom for your morning coffee or evening drinks, and a stylish living room with another 70” smart TV and modern fireplace.

Gina and John are very accommodating hosts. I booked this stay for some friends to celebrate his bachelor weekend. We had a wonderful time and this property was a fantastic way to end the night. Beds were comfy and plenty. The putting green outside was a game changer. We loved watching Sunday football in the garage while playing pool and darts. 10/10 would love to book again!

Where to begin. The pictures are deceiving, the house has not been kept up well and the walls are dirty and obvious areas where paint has been touched up, that doesn’t match. The listing states it sleeps 16, but the chairs that they say fold out to be beds fall on either side so they can’t be slept on. There are no ceiling fans besides the master bedroom, so the rest of the house is VERY warm. The master stays very cold, while the rest of the home is hot. Sleeping for those without fans is miserable. I contacted the host asking if they had any fans and they responded with no, but they could send one, which I replied to asking if they could send more than one. They never responded and we never got a fan. We had to go and purchase several ourselves. The extra blankets were not clean. They had obviously just been folded up and put away without being washed from previous guests. The down comforter to one of the beds was not clean. There is no filtered water in the refrigerator, so you have to buy your own, or drink tap. There are not enough glasses or silverware for large groups, we were a large group. There is only one kitchen towel provided. The kitchen knives are very dull. There are no basic spices. There were three dishwasher pods. I contacted the host about this they just kept asking if there was a jug of detergent under the sink and when I replied with no, there was no further communication. This is advertised as luxury, it is adequate not luxury. We will not return.

Beautiful neighborhood, absolutely stunning home, I could have stayed there the whole weekend and had the time of my life. If we come back to Dallas this would be the first place I looked for. Highly recommend. Great for family and/or friends.

Fun weekend stay

We wanted to escape the TX heat with a fun weekend of swimming. The pool and backyard were perfect and we enjoyed it. The hosts are very nice to work with and the house is spacious. We weren’t able to use the game room because it’s not air-conditioned and it’s so very hot in August, so that was our only disappointment because we had not understood that from the listing.

hosts were great, property was clean and very nice, pool was heated and was warm enough to swim even in cold weather. hot tub was little warmer than pool but not hot. worked for us though. Had a girls trip to celebrate bride to be.

Really cool house!

We had a great time! We didn’t use the pool but the golf was really fun. The guys really loved the game room with the pool table and darts. There was a fan in there and you could open the garage door for more circulation. A closet has extra blow up mattress if you want to use them. I would highly recommend this house!

Fun house

Cool house. Nice to have areas to separate. Game room was fun and got allot of use. Could use more real beds. Probably not an issue if more of a couples retreat but for a bunch of friends it got a little tight for the 8 of us.

Loved this property and had everything we needed. Pool awesome but there is not a hot tub just an area with jets. Game room great except it was quite warm in there and no fans. Ceiling fans everywhere would be nice. Master suite is amazing and you look out onto the pool and it has the only ceiling fan in house. Plenty of room and privacy with 4 bedrooms.

The entire process was so easy! The house was wonderful and my 11 year old thought she was staying in a mansion. If I was to suggest anything at all, the game room needs a fan or something. Everything we needed was there. We would stay definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO we've every stayed in!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this one was exceptional! John and Gina truly went above and beyond to make this property comfortable, clean, organized and fun. The beds were all incredibly high quality and more comfy than our mattresses at home! All of the tvs were huge and incredibly easy to use Netflix, Prime etc as a guest. This is definitely NOT the case in many rentals we've stayed in. The house was incredibly clean, everything seemed brand new and there were even new individual toiletries provided in case we forgot anything. Our children LOVED the putting green and so did we, as well as the dart board and pool table. We really can't say enough great things about this home, John and Gina thought of every last detail and we highly recommend it!!
