Stayed here for soccer games at FC Dallas fields. Very convenient location, can walk to stadium. Hotel is perfect for families.

Staff were very accommodating when we requested to change rooms. Collins (desk clerk) was very understanding of our situation. Lobby and breakfast areas were kept clean during our stay. Indoor heated pool was a little too cold. Loved having towels available at the pool.

Bed was comfy, plenty of room, blinds actually let it be dark in the room. THE ISSUE…Walls and floors are paper thin…could hear tons of noise in the adjoining rooms and from above…if you value a quiet place to rest, this is not the place for you. SHAME on the contractors / developer for constructing a hotel building like this!

This is one of the best LaQuenta s I've stayed. Felt like a 4 star hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel in Frisco

While the staff was great, the hotel had dog poop all around the property, people were smoking right outside the doors we would have to walk through the smoke to exit ( really thought there was a ordinance against this). I had to go to front desk the room smelt like dog urine the gave me some generic Fabreeze. The hall was only vacuumed once on a 4 night stay, elevators had sticky dirty floors.

We do travel with our 2 small ESA dogs as I have had many back surgeries so we do look for pet friendly places. Every area on the hotel grounds was covered in dog poop that our dogs would not even get in the grass around the hotel we had to walk them way off so they would go and yes we always pick up after them. My next gripe is that they allow smoking right outside the doors which I thought was against city ordinance but apparently they don’t care. I never really saw what I thought was a manager they had a handful of young people working the desk

It was a little bit difficult to find, my GPS got me lost and it was the middle of the night, so that was frustrating. Staff was so kind. Hotel was very clean. Room temperature was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately the people next to us had a dog that barked all night, and we had to be up very early for a medical procedure for my daughter. I recognize that was not their fault, and I could have called and complained but I was too tired to switch rooms. We checked in around 11 and had to be up by 6am. Next time I will choose a hotel that does not allow pets.

Room was clean, pool was nice and clean, breakfast had a lot of options and were all fresh. Plenty of dining options close. Front desk staff when I checked in were friendly!

Poor showing at check in. The “front desk” staff member was sitting on a lounge on his phone. He appeared to be a guest. I asked for a room away from elevators. Received a room as close to the elevator as possible. Had to come back down with all my luggage and get another room that was actually away from the elevator. Shower sliding doors don’t stay shut and kept opening throughout every shower. The “hot” water for the shower is only slightly above body temperature. A despicable money saving measure.

Soccer kids kept me awake on floor above and staff did nothing. Room had strong dog odor including the bathroom. Nice bed. Carpet had stains. Will not stay again. Noisy opening and closing of doors, and Hispanic staff for room cleanings.

Overall a pleasant stay and hotel staff was very helpful. Room was clean (4th floor) and breakfast was good, but generally the floors around the building were a bit dirty and building seems like it needs some maintenance (card key entrance next to pool was completely broken and looked like it had been this way for some time.)

We had to change rooms three times and there was dog poop on the floor in the hallway. One of the rooms had a heavy smoke smell. One of the other rooms had another weird smell.

First time at this hotel. At arrival: Bath towels dirty one had red lipstick. Asked front desk to replaced towels and they brought in some. The shower smelled like mold the second day. Removed the “do not disturb” sign from my door to have my room clean, but it was only clean the third day after my arrival. Thin walls. I could hear next door phone vibrating as well as perfectly other peoples conversation. Called front desk, but nothing happened. People still talking until 11:30 PM. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep book a different place. I had four nights of cat naps. I will not stay there again. Nice staff.

Overall our stay was good. The room needed a bit of cosmetic work. There were no regular or pool towels. When requested they stated they were all being washed. So had to use the same towels for the pool and after showered.

Good place to stay
Good place to stay and affordable if you book during the week. Rates go up significantly on the weekend. Breakfast and coffee is good. However, the sausage gravy offered every other day is too thin and doesn’t taste great. They should go back to the sausage links only and forget the gravy. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was nice clean, nothing crazy, but there is just cable available for the TVs so theres not much to do/watch when you get to the hotel. The wifi was horrible on the 4th floor, had to use my own data and it was hard to do my work here unless I went down to the lobby to get better wifi connection.
