By using the hot tub, you agree to waive liability for any damage. \~ To prevent delays in entering the property by others should the arrival of the booking guest be interrupted, the booking guest must send a list of guests authorized to receive the key code in advance. In any situation, hosts will not send the key code allowing entry into the property to anyone who has not been authorized by name in advance by the booking guest. \~ Every adult (18+) that is on the reservation, must provide the host with a copy of their driver license \~Your reservation should specify the total number of adults and the total number of children. \~ Parking will be permitted only in the space assigned to you in the check-in instructions you will receive on the day of your arrival. No large trucks or large commercial vehicles may park in the driveway. \~ No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house. Guests may smoke only outside on the back porch.
