Come make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home in Carrollton, TX. This is a beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home loaded with amenities for everyone! The garage has been converted into a game room with AC/Heat capabilities so you can play pool, ping pong, and enjoy the tv with friends and family all year long. We also have an amazing backyard that has a Putting Green, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Outdoor TV, and plenty of seating for everyone to sit back and relax!

Host was very responsive and had an easy check in. The kids loved all of the games and were entertained the whole stay. Central location to all of the activities we had planned.I do wish the pictures were more up to date. The property itsself was clean, however not well maintained. Moldy caulking in both bathrooms, we cleaned the patio ourselves in order to make it usable. Light fixture in the guest bathroom didn’t work, and the living room smelled of old cigarette smoke. We left feeling a little disappointed.

The home was perfect for our family. The game room and backyard are awesome, beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean. Plenty of towels and dishes. Neighborhood is quiet. Would stay here again!

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The game room was fun and so was the putting green. The beds and bed linens were very comfy. The location was good, being a quick drive to the airport. We didn't get to use the hot tub but it looked clean and inviting. The kitchen also was updated and clean. I would have given this house an excellent except for standing water by the back garage which the host said was from the "water split", and that he was aware of it, and because the back porch overhang metal roof was flapping in the wind and in need of repair. Otherwise this is a very nice place to stay. Also very close to Grapevine!

We had the BEST time!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It's warm and welcoming and feels like you're staying in someone's private home, not a rental. It's CLEAN and updated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed, which made cooking Easter dinner easy. The game room was a big hit! Our adult children (local to the area) visited daily and they, and our 9-year old granddaughter, rotated non-stop from playing pool, to ping pong, to mini golf, then a dip in the hot tub. The neighborhood is charming and SO quiet and peaceful. Hubby and I enjoyed starting our day with coffee on the back patio, which has lots of seating. Flat screen TV's in every room, including the patio. Location is great - easy access to lots of shopping. The host has paid great attention to detail in this gem. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay near DFW, our entire family highly recommends this VRBO!

Wonderful stay
We came for the solar eclipse. The backyard made the whole experience wonderful. The interior is very nice. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Beds comfy. Lots of room both for hanging out or privately in your room if you need a break from all the noise from all the fun everyone is having but you wont need to isolate here. Plenty of fun to go around.

Perfect for a Weekend getaway!
This property is just as advertised online. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, and had everything we needed for a fun weekend with friends. I highly recommend staying here as it is totally worth the price and only a short drive into Dallas!
