Our stay was good, until Saturday night when a group of people were allowed in pool, they were very loud having a good time, but it was 2:30am. Needless to say we didn’t have a good night rest before heading back home.

This is a nice quiet property tucked into a nice neighborhood. The elevator needed service. It hopped when it stopped which was unnerving.

Refund for reservation receptionist canceled.
Hotels.com allowed me to book a room for the night of September 2nd as well as charge me that night for 126.55 even though the receptionist said they had no rooms available and would be canceling the reservation. My bank statement reflects being fully charged for a “stay” at the Holiday Inn & Suites Dallas-Addison. I need my 126.55$ back that was at this point stolen from me for a reservation the receptionist decided to cancel due to be being “fully booked” even though hotels.com let me get a reservation

We spent the night on June 10th. We were offered wings, burgers, chicken strips, we bought food from there and their food was delicious.
