Incredible 5 bedroom home in Dallas with HEATED POOL and AWESOME HOT TUB. Located in an upscale/quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The open floor plan is ideal for large groups looking for a large living area and a relaxing outdoor space. This beautiful single story home (NO STEPS) was professionally designed and decorated. Features super fast 400 mbps WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, bar, pool table, dining for 15, high-end furniture and luxury bedding. Keyless entry for worry free check-in. We can sleeps a total of 16 in real beds or 9 individuals WITHOUT sharing beds. We also have two roll-away beds and two queen air mattresses. Beautifully designed, single level, private home in an upscale neighborhood. Just 9 miles/15 minutes or $15-$25 UBER to Downtown Dallas/KBH convention center. Within 5 minutes to shopping, Starbucks, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, golf, tennis, movie theaters, gyms and so much more. Only 25 minutes to DFW airport and 20 minutes to Love Field. Parking for up 7 cars! Hard to beat the comfort, convenience, and location of this home. THE SPACE: Designed for entertaining, the HUGE open floor plan is ideal for large groups. Plenty of seating with massive leather sectional, 65\` 4K television and high-speed internet. The bar is equipped with an ice-maker, wine fridge and Bluetooth speaker. You can mingle around the bar, play Billiards, or enjoy outdoor activities like Ping Pong and corn hole. 5 BEDROOMS: Large master suite is large and comfortable with a king bed and a 55\` 4K HDTV. Two-person shower with two regular showerheads and a third, rain shower head. Completed with dual vanities and walk-in closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, TV, and super comfortable beds. Direct access to bathrooms from 3 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms access the bathroom with the jet tub and shower via the hall. KITCHEN & DINING: Spacious, FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen allows for numerous people to prepare meals and includes a dual fuel KitchenAid 36\` range. Two dining rooms with plentiful seating for 15\. Extra fridge in the garage. OUTDOOR: The HEATED pool has LED lighting and a maximum depth of around 5.5 feet making it kid-friendly. The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per day with a two-day minimum. Cannot be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees. Top of the line 8 person spa. Lots of outdoor seating and dining complimented with TV. Has both a gas grill and a charcoal grill. Suitable for the handicap. No steps in the home when entering from the driveway. I promise that you will not be disappointed in my service as a host or this home. The entire home is for you. All adult guests are required to sign a liability waiver. Only guests who are on the liability waiver are permitted on the property. Non registered guest will result in a $100 fee per person each day. Heating the pool is $150 per day with a 2 day minimum. Spa is always open and free. We are always available via call/text or the \`Ring Doorbell\`. We live only 2 miles from the home so I can quickly be on site if needed. The entrances to the home monitored and recorded for the protection of both the host and the guest. This high-end home has been featured in Music videos, commercials, magazines and photo shoots. Safe and very quiet neighborhood just 8 miles from downtown Dallas and within 5 minutes of Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, golf, tennis, movie theaters, gyms, and more. Free high speed 400mbps Wi-Fi and free off street parking for up to seven cars. The security camera monitors the front door and back gate access. The pool cannot be heated in January-February or if the temp is below 45 degrees during your stay. We supply THREE rolls of toilet paper per restroom. If you use it all and you need more then you will need to utilize the grocery store nearby. The basic pricing is per night based on 12 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night. I hosted a group of 15 women (50) for the weekend. We enjoyed the pool, bar, open concept home, kitchen, walked a few miles in the beautiful neighborhood. The layout was just what we needed and the accommodations were great! The only reason I contemplated not giving 5 stars across the board was due to an issue primary restroom, which was communicated with management and I'm certain will be resolved and the lack of toilet paper onsite (a run to Kroger fixed that)We will definitely recommend this location, should anyone want to host large guests in the N. Dallas Area. Our group was in town for the State Fair and we felt this location was close enough-20 min Uber ride away. My communication with management was consistent, helpful, courteous and immediate! There was 11 of us and there were still more room for more people never did we feel like we were bumping into each other. The kitchen was well stocked and a great place to connect in the morning. We were in Dallas for a conference, so our only disappointment was that we weren’t able to be at the house more and take advantage of the pool. If there is a way to keep the leaves and debris out of the pool a bit more that would be a bonus, but we certainly didn’t let that stop us from enjoying it. I’ve never stayed in a more organized or well prepared VRBO! This was by far our best experience ever. Also, if I could give bonus stars for cleanliness I would! Not only were the amenities available, they were high quality. Finally, the owners were impeccable with communication. Responses were helpful and timely. The kitchen is wonderful and had everything we needed, the living room and dining areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together and the pool was so much fun! It was spacious and comfortable and provided us with a great place to relax and have fun after long days of shopping! There are sooo many rules not listed on the initial booking. Papers are posted all over the house about a curfew (not being outside after a certain time), very strict rules about guests that only visit, and etc. It felt like we had to walk on eggshells to not be charged extra. Also, there were roaches in the master bathroom. Maintenance did come out the next day and spray but for over $3k for a weekend stay, you would think that wouldn’t be an issue. Lastly, there was no hot water on one whole side of the house. The host was made aware after the first night but told us we weren’t turning the nozzle correctly. After checking every faucet on that side of the house, maintenance was sent out again. We were told that something was not lit and the part would not be available in time for our stay. There was no monetary compensation for having one less bathroom for the number of people staying in the home. I have stayed in other VRBO homes and never felt like this. The house was nice, so it’s unfortunate for the other events that transpired, to make this a 1 star rating. I would not recommend. ##### Shaina N.
