Got to stay at this property for one night for a quick business trip. The property location was great but, had a lot of trash on the ground and there are window covers that need to be replaced. The property looks old and in need of some renovations. The gym treadmills did not work. The room carpet needs to be replaced because it smelled musty and like old cigarette smoke. The room was nice but, the smell was horrible.

Stayed at a suite property for 4 nights. It was 2 kings with a pull out sofa bed. First of all there are no elevators in this hotel so please be mindful as you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. Second day one of the lights in the bathroom went out and the sink in the kitchen jerked around, looking like it would fall off. Asked to have this fixed and someone came after I asked twice. The phones in the room do not work. They said they clean the room by default every third night so maybe that’s why, there was a roach in the garbage and generally a lot of little insects crawling around. Breakfast was mediocre, they really don’t refill the plates since when I went there was still a half hour left and only one waffle left. Next day we went early and no pancakes/waffles which is not ideal when traveling with little ones. In terms of the service, one of the attendants said, “that happens sometimes” when I mentioned the roach, just very nonchalant.
