Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure. Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home Sound: No amplified sound is permitted Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever Garbage: The garbage day is Wednesday. We ask that if you are staying in the property during the week, that you take the garbage bins to the curbside on either Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. Pets: Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay ).
