The house was perfect for our family that came into town for a family reunion. Everyone had their own room and the kids loved the pool and arcade games. Our family did suggest a few additional wash cloths would be nice in the bathrooms, and they thought the dishwasher did not work so had to hand wash all their dishes. On their last day we figured out there was a wall switch for the dishwasher that needed to be turned on for it to work.

National Championship stay

We had a great time, great location...plenty of room for 14 family members. Safe neighborhood. The kids would have loved to hot tub, we didn't know the hot tub wouldn't be heated but other than that no complaints.

Family memories

Very nice neighborhood, roomy house. The owner was always available to respond to my texts. Pool was great and we all liked the pac man arcade; even the adults. Good house to just chill and relax and catch up with our siblings. I would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful house, very roomy and cozy. I was disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work, but some enjoyed the pool. It was very peaceful while sitting outside considering other houses are so close and busy roads not far away. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

Great family home

Home was very spacious, clean, and inviting. We had 10 people including several littles. The pool was fenced which was great and they had a nice stocked toy are for little kids which I much appreciated. I loved that they had a stocked waffle bar (my older girls thought this was such a test) & coffee/tea bar. Communication with host was quick easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place for our family to stay together

We stayed here with our grandparents and cousins for a long weekend, and it worked great for us. Everyone had enough space and the kids really enjoyed the pool (although the adults thought it was too chilly!). We wished it had been a little more well stocked with bath towels and bed linens. We also wished we could have turned off the very bright outdoor security lights that shone into two of the bedrooms. Overall, it worked out well for our family!

Spacious and comfortable

The house was perfect for me and my adult children and significant other/spouse. The bedrooms are spacious with nice linens. It was extremely hot during our visit (105), and the house was comfortable. Thank goodness for the pool, which got heavy use. Melissa was a great host and offered to let me check in early, as the house was ready. The only things we picked up were bags of ice (no ice-maker) and some pool floats.

Dallas holiday

Very good location with restaurants, shopping centers and other activities all within 15min drive. Dallas city centre is only 40min away. The house is very big and sleeps 12 although we only had 5. The main living area has been refurbished and the bedrooms are all in good condition. Bathrooms are slightly dated as is the kitchen but all are in good condition. The private pool is very large and has a safety fence around the outside with gate access which would be good if your party had young children. There are ample chairs for sitting outside and there is a fabric cover over part of the area to provide shelter from the sun. The areas beyond the pool are pretty roughly cut grass but there seemed to be ongoing improvement works during our stay with sections of adjacent trees having been cut down and were partly removed. Pool guy came once a week to treat the pool and any other minor issues or questions we had were dealt with quickly by the host. We would certainly return to this house if we were staying in the area again

Amazing house and even better hosts!

This was such a wonderful house, amazing pool, in a great neighborhood, and only blocks from grocery/shopping areas. We've stayed in lots of houses for our family vacations over the years, and this one (and the experience) is definitely at the top of our list. We will be back! The house was laid out really well and there were plenty of beds (and bathrooms) for everyone in our party (11 people). The pool was clean and it was great that they included so many pool towels so that we didn't have to worry about using the bath towels or bringing our own. They also had pool toys :) The kitchen has everything you need to make all of your meals! New knives, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plenty of flatware/plates for everyone, and they even thought ahead and included plates/cups/flatware for kids. Our littles loved them. The guidebook mentioned you could reach out to Josh (and Nini) anytime and they would respond, and they really did. We had a few questions and things we needed help with, and their response was immediate. You really couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation wonderful!

This was a great house for our large family gathering for a funeral. It was nice to walk in and feel at home and be comfortable. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and living room. It was nice having 2 tables to eat at with 11 people. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and floats.

Perfect retreat for family reunion!

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! The house layout was open and large, giving us ample space to socialize and the kids a place to play. The kids loved the games and it kept them entertained for hours when too hot to be outside. The pool was great and kept us all cool and entertained! We had a large group of 15 for meals and had plenty of seating inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, some pantry items and plenty of pots and pans. The hosts were amazing, responsive to a couple requests and questions we had while staying there. They even arranged for the grill to be replaced within a day so that we could continue to cook outside. There is ample shopping close by for groceries and anything else you might need as well. I highly reccomend this house!

Cousins trip

We enjoyed our stay in this property. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the pool to cool off from the Texas heat. Here are some of the things we appreciated. * the large living area and comfortable furniture * the beach towels and ample outdoor furniture * the comfortable beds * nicely stocked kitchen * nice neighborhood, good location * comfortable temperature control These are the things that would improve the stay. * the outside needs some work, the first day we cleaned up trash around the back yard, including used and torn pool items * the landscaping outside is in serious need of some TLC; trimming, removing the dead tree, etc * there were ample bath towels and wash cloths but we were short of hand towels As a side note we enjoyed watching a family of bobcats frolicking in the back yard one morning!! Overall we had a positive experience, not a five star but could be with just a few improvements.

THE GOOD: This was a nice place in a nice neighborhood. The overall stay was satisfactory and it met our needs. We traveled with a group of 12 and stayed for a week. It sleeps 12 with 4 couches. Beds were satisfactory. It also seats enough for dining on two tables. The small pool was a nice addition. THE BAD: There were are few areas for improvements. A deep clean and maintenance of furniture and appliances. We tightened a few pieces of furniture that could have easily caused damage. Quality of craftsmanship was subpar on a few things. Pots and pans were in desperite need of replacing, shower and tubs needed a bit more attention to cleanliness. The pool is very deep so bring your own pool toys or you'll be treading water the whole time.) The hot tub was the same temp as the pool which was a bit brisk at the end of April. The house is smaller than it looks in the pictures.

Great experience !

Property suited our needs perfectly, there was plenty of room for us, our grown children, and their families. We did not cook at all but there were utensils and such in the kitchen as well as video games for the kids. The Hosts were very kind and accommodating. A big thank you to them for making things a little easier for us.

Family Stay

We were staying at this house with extended family for our son’s wedding. This property had many pros as well as cons. The pros: 1. Great layout for our group of 11. The bedroom with the bunk beds is very large and has 2 arcade games in it which the teenagers had fun playing. There are also a couple of folding tables in the closet that were great for games, but you will need to bring your own games. 2. The living room which is not in the pictures has 3 sofas set up in a U-shape. Each couch has 2 reclining seats. This was great for gathering. 3. The dining room has seating for 8 and the kitchen has seating for 4 4. There are 14 chairs on the back patio, some are chairs and some are chaises. 5. There is shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and several rolls of toilet paper. There were plenty of bath towels and there were also pool towels. 6. The beds are very comfortable, but you may find the covers insufficient. 7. There is a park nearby and the neighborhood is good for walking/running. Grocery store is nearby too. Now the cons. 1. While we were staying here sewage backed up into the showers. Unfortunately, we discovered this as we were getting ready for bed after New Year’s Eve. I messaged Josh and Nini, but they were unavailable for most of the next day. I messaged the property manager who offered to send the handyman out the next morning. He did arrive at 8 am, but was unable to fix the issue. The property manager was not authorized to procure other means of fixing this problem without talking to the owners. We left the house for most of the day without showering or flushing toilets. The owners did call us back Saturday night, and the handyman did come back out and fix the problem. The property manager needs to be able to authorize money to fix emergencies. 2. The pictures make the property look nicer than it is. It appears to have been a flip that was not too concerned about doing a good job. The shower door in the master bath does not stay closed and all the showers are very short. I am 5’4” and had to duck to rinse the shampoo from my hair. 3. The kitchen is not well stocked. It would be difficult to prepare a meal for a large group unless you use the grill. There is only 1 skillet that is still nonstick and only 1 small sheet pan (big enough to cook chicken nuggets for 2 people). Knives are not sharp. 4. There are flood lights in the backyard that stay on all night.

Wonderful house. Quick location. Friendly host.

This house was perfect for accommodating 7 people. Two couples and three solo friends. Plenty of room and nicely supplied house. Take some coffee with you though
