I particularly appreciated the breakfasts. Instead of cold cereal and soggy pastries, which has been pretty much the norm in recent decades, y'all provided fresh scrambled eggs, good sausages, and decent coffee. Thanks.

Check in and out Staff members Rachel and Tamara were courteous and helpful. The bedding included very comfortable pillows. The breakfast bar was great especially the omelet station. Breakfast staff were great. Enjoyed the social hour. Thanks.

The parking was so close! The staff was very professional. We enjoyed the complimentary beer, wine and cheese reception and the woman working that was super friendly. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Not worth the money
Overpriced. Stated had breakfast, but did not. Not even coffee or tea. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Charged for parking even when booking site said was included for $5. So they double charged me. Shower dripped all night on metal accent piece in shower floor. But on bright side, It was close to Baylor and gym was decent.

Nice room, in town for Dallas Stars game! Convenient to American Airlines center & downtown. Felt like extra steps for security for entering hotel, liked that! Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

All was good for checkin. Enter room go the bathroom and the toilet paper holder is broken. Not that big of a deal but what we paid for this hotel, things should be working. Next morning for breakfast, it was to end at 10, we arrived at 9:30 and they were already packing stuff up. Had limited amount of food to choose from.

Worst shower I've ever had; couldn't adjust water temp, was pulsing hot to cold. Breakfast very good. Maids helpful; front desk staff mixed; got locked out of room at departure time due to dead batteries controlling door lock--strange.
