The driveway is EXTREMELY steep, and my sedan bottomed out toward the top of the driveway, but it is long enough that we didn't have to pull all the way up and avoided that after the first day. Definitely use your emergency parking brake. The neighbor has a rooster and there are several vocal dogs. We got used to it. The house itself is super cute and comfortable. Move out instructions are not cumbersome. We stayed here for a cheer competition at Kay Bailey, and the location was perfect. However, the neighborhood left something to be desired.Parking options were less than ideal. The driveway is extremely steep—I scraped the bottom of my Traverse pretty badly the first time. To avoid damage, I had to approach at an angle and then straighten out. Street parking wasn’t an option due to the heavy traffic both day and night. The bathroom is not a "get ready" bathroom. There is one vanity. The shower is slippery and narrow. We left the house after 3 hours of smelling cigarette smell. I messaged the host to see if she would offer me a refund but she only stated the cancellation policy. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood, and they do bark, sometimes at night, so if you need a very quiet sleeping environment, this might not be the best, but if that is not an issue, it's a great space, and great access to the light rail or the interstate - many areas of interest within a very short drive!
