  • Perfect for a family with kids and teens or a sophisticated couple looking for access to everything Dallas! Charming Hollywood Heights neighborhood is close to downtown, Dallas Arboretum, the Fair Grounds/Cotton Bowl, White Rock Lake, Dallas Farmers Market, SMU and more fun & fine resturants than you have time to experience! The Sante Fe Trail System is just steps away from the front door connecting you to Deep Ellum and White Rock Lake. A Grade-A Dallas Park is directly across the street.
