This property should not be sponsor/promoted by Expedia it is the worst hotels to stay at. To start there a railroad right behind it. The train passes thru all night long and it shakes the whole complex we did not sleep all night. They don't offer any complimentary like hair dryer/iron/table or chairs to seat. Found a blade on the bed so it might have been used for illegal activities before us. THE WORST! I can not believe Expedia has this hotel to offer to their clients.

Budget Stay Inn Awful.
Transient type hotel. Room only had a bed and a table for two with a microwave. No dresser, iron, ironing board, hangers, internet service, or room service. Replacement towels exchange at office; sometimes towels were not available until next day. The only convenience; it's close to ATT Stadium. I will never chose Budget Stay lnn!

Wit and convenience
Check in was fast and easy, the operator was witty and quite present. Room was pretty clean for the most part. Road noise outside was significant with the trucks going by but It didn’t bother me. Convenient location

Room had a weird smell. Walls needed paint. Bed was hard as a rock. Check in room (there is no lobby) had no AC. TV didn't work. Place is just terrible.

I was already aggravated when I went to check in. In Dallas Texas out of my area out of my element. But I checked you in about 9 and he was very friendly. Easy to work with me. Even with the directions on how to get to where my job is at. And how long to get there. Surprised at how big the room was and clean. Little outdated but it was great for what I need. Very quite. Peace for city.

The location and quality of the rooms were for lack of a better word, disgusting. The man at check in was the sweetest, I wish We could have stayed but the rooms were absolutely disgusting. They both smelled of something like bleach, rotten food or something of a mixture of the 2.

My visit was awesome visited to go to the COWBOYS GAME !!! The area was great for us . The property was fair. The room was very spacious could sleep 6 people or t with air mattresses very spacious ❤️

I am so pissed with this motel i booked a room for 2 nights for me and my daughter EXPECTING to get a room with a fridge and microwave but when i walked in the room it only had a microwave after i done bought groceries for me and my child no where to keep them cold had to go back down to the office argue with the man and still ended up moving to another room and having to payin a addition 15$ just for a freaking fridge even though the room i had ALREADY paid for was suppose to come with
