We had no checkin instructions. Called and they send me the wrong property address to check in. After 30 minutes on hold they decided it was double booked. They blamed VRBO for double booking. Staff were quick to respond to some initial hiccups which didnt detract from the overall experience. Location is awful and NOT SAFE for walking anywhere despite the property being so conveniently close to everything downtown.
