The Space: This expansive home offers 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and multiple entertainment areas – perfect for families and groups sleeping up to 20 guests. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. \- POOL AND HOT TUB: Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED \- LANDSCAPING: The landscaper goes once a week. \- SECURITY CAMERAS: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7\. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. \- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS: Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. \- PEST CONTROL: This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
