This the second time we've stayed here and this trip was because of the great service and facility the first time. This trip was just as good if not better than the first. Definitely going to be our go to in the Dallas area.

This was our 2nd time staying here after enjoying our 1st stay. Their parking was great and in a safe secure spot. Only issues we had was one elevator wasn’t working day 2 of our stay, which had happened our last stay as well. Also check-in and stay over check-in took a tad bit longer than expected due to their system malfunctioning. And the room’s A/C was not nearly as cold as we would have liked it to be but we managed. I Would recommend and stay again just given the price (unbeatable)and location (near Galleria, fast food and freeways).

Perfect for a LEGOLAND visit. 6 minute drive to the theme park, 4 minute drive to the outlets. Very friendly staff, both at front desk and dinning area. Great breakfast options for adults and picky kids.

Overall, I had a great stay at Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria. The staff was the best part of my stay, they were all very friendly, from the cleaning personnel to the front desk employees. The bed was very comfortable and my room adequate. However, by no means is this a four-star hotel. This is more of a two to three-star hotel, as it is old and in need of repair, and it lacks services a four-star hotel gives you, such as baggage porters. The restaurant is also underwhelming and pricey for the quality of the food.

The room and staff were great. Aside from the Galleria across the street, the area is run down. The pool was closed for the 3 days we were there. No hot tub.

Keep in mind when booking there is a daily parking fee. The time my husband was there he said hotel was packed with young teams sport club running up and down halls which made it hard to relax .

As soon as we pulled up to the property we were blown away by how beautiful the building is. Check in was a breeze, thanks to the kind staff members who seemed pretty knowledgeable of the hotel standards and regulations. Massively spacious area, with stylish and comfy seating all around. The dining area and bar were magnificent. I have to say the elevators were so smooth and fast. I was impressed with the elevators and highly satisfied with them. Our room was very clean and the bed was like a cloud! Only thing I would complain about is our room temperature would never get below 72 degrees even at night. We were a bit uncomfortable at night. Didn't put too big of a damper on our stay though. They did have a water break on our second night there and they had a crew in to fix it immediately. It had a big impact on me that they got plumbers so fast and had different service crews there to help with clean up. Very timely. Walk right across the street to get into the Galleria was fast and easy as well. Will definitely be staying here again!!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The decor and ambiance were gorgeous. My room was so clean and well designed. I can’t wait to come back and right across from the mall. Lots of shopping and dining options. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The only thing that I had a small issue with was that the parking lot felt a little creepy at night Our room was freezing most the day on Saturday, until we realized that we couldn't manually operate our thermostat, and a couple of the fixtures in the bathroom needed tightening. Oh, and I wish the tub was bigger. Other than that,, all good

Overall it was good.
Hotel was nice. Room was big. Bed was comfy. Our A/C was out and we discovered it too late to try to change rooms. Parking was an additional fee and wifi is additional if you don't book directly through the hotels website.

Great stay overall
The only issue is that the phone in our room wasn’t working so we couldn’t order room service and had to go downstairs for it. Also the indoor pool was really cold. Everything else was superb and I would stay again.
